So Long, Farewell.....

It is a bittersweet goodbye......

I redo a lot of things and paint a lot of furniture and canvas. Some are just so hard to say goodbye to!

Do you recognize this?

It was just a few weeks ago that this posted and was featured on the web here.

I believe I took it to the store on July 15th

Well yesterday when I arrived this is what I saw!

Do you see the sign?

I am happy and sad that it is gone.

Sometimes a piece comes in that just fits an idea I have. This was one of those pieces!

So I say goodbye Audrey!

Maybe another will come along that I can paint again.
Till then....

This will free up more room for something else. Here are some pictures.

Let's play!

If you were in the store shopping what would you be looking for?

  2. Congrats on the sale!! Didn't figure she'd stick around long!! Ahhh....let's see....if I were going shopping, I'd be looking for my two favorite redos of yours (that little display case/bench with the feedsack lining and the little French stenciled bench you just did), and looking to see if you decided to offer up your little tin that you used as the inspiration for that bench....and some of your vintage bottles....but....most importantly, I'd be looking for you so I could meet you in person!! :o) Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

  4. I'm not a "green" person, and it would not match a single thing we own, but I LOVE that green dresser!!
