Holiday Open House

I have been meaning to share some highlights of our Holiday Open House here at Dreamingincolor. You see it was not just any holiday open house, we were also celebrating our first year in business!!
This year was so wonderful! Thanks to everyone that came out and supported us.

Despite many obstacles, like my husband needing emergency surgery, I managed to get everything decorated for the holiday.  This year's, like last year's date, fell on Oaklands Museum Candlelight tour so our hours were 10am-8pm so the touring could extend to our house.

Our main area of the house was decorated elegantly with silver, turquoise, white and red.
The majestic deer adorned with glass beads became the center of attention. Though not for sale, people sure did try to buy them! Our tree had the most adorable vintage skates, mercury, french and turquoise ornaments.

Celebrating in Another Country

I wrote a love story.

About a boy......

Did you read it?

Well you still can....here

Tomorrow is my 28th year anniversary.

Such a long time.....

Through the years it has been hard. We have been through a lot. My husband has health issues. It really took a toll on our family. He works so hard and always wants the best for us.
I just wanted to say thanks to him!

Thanks for making my dreams come true!

Today we are celebrating here!

The Amalfi Coast!

What a great place to celebrate our anniversary!

Love you honey!

Happy 27th Anniversary!

My love story....the short of it!

I met my husband the summer before my senior year of high school. We dated for four years and on September 14th we married. It has not been easy, but nothing is that is worth anything.

Today I celebrate 27years of love!

I believe in marriage and the vows I took that day. That is what has kept us together. Love is a strong bond but you do have to work at it. If I taught my children anything, I hope they remember that!

Enjoy your day!
