What a beautiful weekend to be at the fair!
This was the first time I had been to the Country Living Fair. I happen to win a ticket from Country Living so it made going that much easier.
This was a Hometalk meetup too!
A win, win!
I had some serious shopping to do and there were plenty of artisans and vendors selling just about everything you can imagine.
Cari from Cash and Cari was there selling her awesome vintage items and antiques.
Love the color!
She was very sweet. She talked about how her grandfather inspired her to be a picker. They used to pick together when she was small. She also said she was in LA shooting a pilot for TNT. Very exciting.
I even managed to get a picture with her.
The Hometalk bloggers all met at the pumpkin tower to speak with Country Living Magazine executives and then we had some great one on one with Cari.
It was a fun day had by all. I was exhausted by the end of the day!
Shopping wears me out!!
Before we left I wanted to see the Stone Mountain Carving.
It always amazes me to see things like this. Such a work of art. To think someone was on the side of a big rock chiseling away not being able to view it from afar. AND it comes out like this! WOW~
Thanks Country Living and Hometalk for a great day!
